How It Works
No pressure, no rushing the art. The consultation is free and takes about fifteen minutes - everything after runs on your timeline and your approval.
Send us reference images, a rough concept, or just the spot on your body you want to fill. There’s no such thing as too vague - a half-formed idea is exactly what a consultation is for.
We match you with the resident artist whose specialty fits your piece - fine line, traditional, blackwork, watercolor, or neo-traditional. You’ll sit down together to talk placement, sizing, and style before anything is drawn.
Your artist sketches a custom design and shares it ahead of your session. Revisions are part of the process - we keep refining until it’s right. Nothing gets tattooed until you’ve signed off on the final art.
A deposit locks your date and rolls straight into the cost of your session. You show up rested and fed, we handle the rest - sterile setup, honest breaks, and aftercare instructions before you walk out the door.

A consultation is a free 15-minute sit-down - in person or over a video call - where you and your matched artist talk through your idea, placement, and sizing. From there the artist creates a custom design and shares it with you before your session. We revise until it’s right; nothing is tattooed until you’ve approved the final art.
It’s applied directly. The deposit reserves your session date and rolls into the final cost of your tattoo - it’s never an add-on charge. If your quote is $400 and you leave a $100 deposit, you owe the remaining $300 at your session.
Bring reference images (screenshots or printouts of anything close to your vision), a valid government-issued photo ID, and comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the placement area. Most importantly, eat a real meal beforehand and come rested - a full stomach and a good night’s sleep make a long session far more comfortable.
Yes - we walk you through the full aftercare routine at your consultation so there are no surprises. The short version: keep it wrapped for the first few hours, wash gently with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion when it feels tight, and stay out of direct sun and standing water for two to three weeks. Don’t pick at the peeling. You’ll leave with written instructions.
Not at all. Plenty of clients arrive with just a feeling, a placement in mind, or a couple of saved images. The consultation exists to turn a rough idea into a finished design. Your artist will ask the right questions about style, sizing, and placement and guide you the rest of the way.
Flash pieces are pre-drawn designs ready to tattoo as-is or with small tweaks - quick to book and often single-session. Custom work is original artwork created exclusively for you, which is why it starts with a consultation and a design phase. Both are welcome here; the consultation is where we figure out which path fits your idea and budget.
